This Online Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and Cyber Vle Hindi (known as https://cybervlehindi.com/).

This Agreement regulates your usage of any of the following:

Consultation Services

  • New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction
  • Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge,
  • FSSAI Food License, Udyom Aadhaar (SSI / MSME) Registration,
  • Shops and Establishments Act & West Bengal Government Trade License etc.

Any different Consultation Services or every other service you choose, pay for or hire alongside Cyber VLE Hindi practice products and services or different associated offerings provided by Cyber VLE

By indicating your acceptance of this agreement or with the aid of accessing, duplicating, or otherwise employing any aspect of the goods and offerings, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in this settlement. Should you not concur with the stipulations of this settlement, kindly chorus from getting access to, downloading, or the usage of any part of the goods and services.

Security:

  • All personal information will be completely secure. Your information will be used only for the Consultation Services (New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction, Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge, FSSAI Food License, Udyom Aadhaar (SSI / MSME) Registration, Shops and Establishments Act, West Bengal Government Trade License etc.) application process.

Liability:

  • The Company will not be responsible for any delay due to any technical glitch, internet connectivity problem or other inability to perform the use of the Service. All terms are subject to change without notice.

Users’ rights:

  • The user has the right to verify all information and documents related to the Consultation Services (New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction, Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge, FSSAI Food License, Udyom Aadhaar (SSI / MSME) Registration, Shops and Establishments Act, West Bengal Government Trade License etc.)

Changes in Fees:

  • Consultancy Services – New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction, Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge, FSSAI Food License, Udyog Aadhaar (SSI/MSME) Registration, Shops and Establishments Act, West Bengal Government Trade License etc. The charges for the services are different, you will see the charges while applying for them.

Return Policy:

  • Consultancy Services – New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction, Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge, FSSAI Food License, Udyog Aadhaar (SSI/MSME) Registration, Shops and Establishments Act, West Bengal Government Trade License etc. No charges are refundable for services.
