Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • And various other consultancy services

We have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers.

1. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services:
All fees paid for Consultancy Services including New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction (NSDL/UTIITSL), Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge, FSSAI Food License, Udyog Aadhaar (SSI/MSME) Registration, Shops and Establishments Act, West Bengal Government Trade License etc. and verification services are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective authorities.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Refund Process:

To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 working days of the payment date and provide proof of payment and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Application Submission:

Once the application has been submitted to Consultancy Services including New PAN Card, Lost PAN Finding, PAN Card Correction (NSDL/UTIITSL), Credit Card Bill Payment, Google Play Store Recharge, FSSAI Food License, Udyog Aadhaar (SSI/MSME) Registration, Shops and Establishments Act, West Bengal Government Trade License etc., cancellations cannot be processed.

Before Submission:

If the application has not been submitted to the respective authorities, users may cancel the service by contacting us within 24 hours of payment. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
